Member of the Commission of experts, 2004/05/06 All-Ukrainian Competition of Projects and Programs on the Development of Local Self-Government.
President of NGO "Agency of Municipal Development".
Work experience as Adviser to the Mayor and Councillor.
Internship programs in Canada and Poland.
Laureate of Vasyl' Symonenko, Pavlo Okhrimenko, Volodymyr Malyk regional awards in the field of publicism, local history study and image-building of region, 2000-2003.
“Basics of Local Government” syllabus for students of institutes of higher education (introduced in Poltava region).
